Hampstead Women FC play in the FA Greater London North Division 2 - just 5 leagues below the Premier League. Established in 1997, HWFC has grown over 10 years from a group of friends playing in a park, into strong squad of women playing dynamic, fast and flowing football. Currently there are 22 ladies in the squad, with an age range of 16 to 32. The manager is an FA qualified coach (as are some of the players) and has been coaching the team for the last 3 years.

The club prides itself on its fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.  Although we play to win and the first XI is of a high standard, training is always aimed to cater for all levels of player skill. We always welcome participation from anyone who wants to get involved in football and be a part of an exciting and enjoyable club, both on the field and socially.
